Child Safety Standards

Our standards

Naughty Singles is not for minors, and no one under 18 may create an account, use the app or appear in it. We prohibit, without exception:

• Any content that sexualizes, depicts or exploits a minor, including images, text, links or conversations.
• Grooming, sextortion or any attempt to contact, solicit or meet a minor.
• Trafficking or any form of commercial sexual exploitation of children.
• Sharing, requesting or promoting child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or directing others to where it can be found.
• Profiles of people under 18, or profiles that present themselves as minors, even as role-play.

How we keep minors out

Every account must confirm an age of 18 or over during sign-up, and the app does not allow choosing an age below 18. The app store listing is rated for adults only. Users can report someone who looks underage directly from their profile, and any account we find to belong to a minor is removed.

How to report a concern inside the app

Every profile and conversation in Naughty Singles has a Report option that works without leaving the app. One of the reasons is "Looks underage", which we treat as our highest priority. Reporting also blocks that person immediately, so you stop seeing each other on every screen. If you prefer, you can also write to us at privacy@darlongstudios.com.

What we do with a report

• We review reports about minors or child sexual abuse and exploitation with the highest priority.
• We remove the content and the accounts involved, and we prevent them from coming back.
• When we become aware of apparent child sexual abuse material, we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the competent authorities, as the law requires.
• We preserve the relevant information when the law requires it, to cooperate with investigations, and we respond to valid requests from law enforcement.

Compliance with the law

DarLong Studios complies with the child safety laws that apply to Naughty Singles, including the obligation to report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities, and with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.
