Account deletion
Delete your Naughty Singles account and data
This page explains how to delete your Naughty Singles account (an app by DarLong Studios) and the personal data associated with it. You can do it from inside the app or, if you no longer have the app installed, by email.
Option 1: delete it from the app
- 01
Open Naughty Singles
Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- 02
Go to your profile
Open the profile menu and choose Delete account.
- 03
Confirm
Confirm the deletion. Your profile stops being visible immediately and your data is deleted as described below.
Option 2: request it by email
If you no longer have the app, or you prefer to ask us directly:
- 01
Write to us
Send an email to privacy@darlongstudios.com with the subject "Delete my Naughty Singles account".
- 02
Tell us which account it is
Write from the email address linked to your account (for example, the Google account you signed in with). If you never linked an email, include the name you use in the app and your country, and we'll tell you how to confirm the account is yours.
- 03
We confirm the deletion
We process requests within 30 days and reply to confirm when your account and data have been deleted.
What we delete
When your account is deleted, we delete the personal data associated with it:
- Your profile: name, age, gender, who you're looking for, age range, levels and preferences.
- Your photos, both the clear version and the blurred version.
- Your answers to the cards and your Match DNA (compatibility profile).
- Your top, matches, first contacts sent and received, and discards.
- Your In Sync answers and your chat messages.
- The notification tokens of your devices.
What we keep, and for how long
We only keep data when the law requires it or to protect the security of the service, and only for as long as necessary:
- Records of purchases and payments, if any, for the period required by tax and accounting law. Payments are processed by Google Play, which keeps its own records under its policies.
- Information needed to handle a legal claim or to prevent fraud or abuse, only while that situation lasts.
- Anonymized, aggregated statistics that can no longer identify you.
