Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

2. What data we process

We process the following data:

Account: user identifier and, if you sign in with Google, your email address.
Profile: date of birth (to confirm you are 18+), gender, the genders you are looking for, display name, photos, location and the type of relationship you are looking for.
Sensitive data (special category): your answers to the game’s statements and the intensity levels you activate may reveal your sexual orientation and preferences. We process this data only with your explicit consent, given during onboarding, and solely to calculate your compatibility.
Usage and device: interactions within the App, device identifiers, model, operating system, language, and analytics and performance data.
Purchases: the status of your purchases/subscriptions (managed by Google Play; we do not receive or store your card details).

3. What we use your data for

We use your data to:

Calculate your compatibility and show you like-minded profiles.
Create and manage your account and your profile.
Safety and trust: photo moderation, fraud prevention, and handling of reports and blocks.
Process purchases and subscriptions.
Send you relevant notifications (you can turn them off).
Improve the App through aggregated analytics.

4. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent (especially for special-category data), the performance of the service you request, our legitimate interest in the security and improvement of the App, and compliance with legal obligations. You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting the data or your account.

We share data with:

Other users: your profile (photo, name, age and any data you choose to show) becomes visible to other people only at the discovery stages of the game. Your individual answers are not shown to anyone; they only feed your compatibility score.
Providers: Google Firebase (authentication, database, notifications, analytics) and Google Play (payments). They act as data processors under contract.
Legal requirements: when required by law or to protect the rights, safety and integrity of people.

No sale of personal data

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account and your history from within the App at any time; when you do, we delete or anonymize your personal data, except what we must keep because of a legal obligation or for security reasons. You can also write to us at privacy@darlongstudios.com.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data (encryption in transit, access control and infrastructure isolation). No system is 100% infallible, but we work to minimize risks.

8. International transfers

Our providers may process data on servers outside your country. In those cases, appropriate safeguards apply in accordance with applicable regulations (for example, standard contractual clauses).

9. Minors

Naughty Singles is exclusively for people over 18. It is not directed at minors, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, LGPD or others), you can exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, as well as withdraw your consent. To exercise them, write to privacy@darlongstudios.com.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy. We will publish the current version on this page with its update date.

12. Pre-registration list (website)

If you pre-register on naughtysingles.darlongstudios.com, we process: your email; your confirmation that you are 18 or older; your consent to receive the launch notice (with its date and version); the language of the page; the page you came from and any campaign parameters in the link; your browser type; and, only if you ask to join the beta, the Google account you use on Google Play. To prevent abuse we also keep an irreversible code (hash) derived from your IP address, which we use only to limit repeated submissions; we never store the IP address itself.

What for: to tell you when Naughty Singles launches and, if you asked for it, to invite you to the closed beta on Android. We don't send newsletters or advertising, and we never sell this data.

Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to privacy@darlongstudios.com.

Who processes it: the data is stored on Google Firebase (Google Cloud), acting as our processor. If you join the beta, we add your Google account to the test list in Google Play Console so Google Play can let you in.

How long: until 12 months after the public launch, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Beta data is deleted when the closed test ends.

13. Website analytics and cookies

On naughtysingles.darlongstudios.com we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC, acting as our processor) to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, time on page, scrolling, clicks on buttons and outbound links, approximate country and city, and device and browser type. Google uses your IP address only to estimate your location and does not show it in our reports.

Cookies: Google Analytics sets the `_ga` and `_ga_*` cookies, which last up to 14 months. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Brazil we only set them if you tap Accept in the cookie notice; if you tap Reject, no analytics cookies are stored and Google receives only anonymous signals without cookies. You can change your choice at any time from Cookie settings in the footer.

We don't use advertising cookies, we don't link this data to your identity or to the App, Google signals and ad personalization are turned off, and we never sell it. The only other things we keep in your browser (local storage, not cookies) are your language and your cookie choice, so we don't ask again.
