These Terms govern the use of the Naughty Singles application (“the App”), operated by Darlong Studios. By using the App, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. See also our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to use Naughty Singles. The App contains adult content. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the information in your profile and for the activity on your account. The information you publish must be truthful and your own. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.
3. Acceptable conduct
By using the App, you agree NOT to:
- Harass, threaten, impersonate or harm other people.
- Upload content that is illegal, involves minors, is non-consensual, is defamatory or infringes the rights of third parties.
- Use the App for commercial purposes, spam, scams or romance fraud.
- Attempt to compromise the security or operation of the App.
4. Content and moderation
You are responsible for the content you share (including your photos). We may moderate, review and remove content, and suspend accounts, in order to enforce these Terms and protect the community. You have reporting and blocking tools available.
5. Purchases and subscriptions
The App may offer paid features and subscriptions, managed through Google Play. Prices, renewals and cancellations are governed by Google Play’s terms and are managed from your Google account. Unless required by law, purchases are non-refundable.
6. No warranties
The App is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that you will find a partner or a match, nor the conduct of other users. Use your judgment and take care when interacting with and meeting other people.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Darlong Studios shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the App or from interactions between users.
8. Closing your account
You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time from within the App. We may suspend or terminate your access in the event of breaches.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will publish the current version on this page with its date.
